To ensure freshness, online coffee orders are roasted fresh every Sunday and then processed and shipped the following Monday. Shipping rate is charged based on the rates set by our fulfillment partners and third-party carriers. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.


Returns
Due to our coffee beans' perishable nature, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at help@fasttimescoffee.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
